If you are a student and are interested in receiving free prom attire, please have a teacher, counselor or coach contact us at info@fairygodmotherproject.com. 

All shopping days will be hosted at various local high schools. Please check the home page for a list.

To qualify for a free prom dress or tux & accessories:

• Students must attend a Houston area high school and be a graduating senior.
• Students must present a high school identification card or other photo ID at the shopping day.

Students will receive one prom dress. Acceptances will be made individually. 

Tux gift certificates will be given to male students. 

All applications must be submitted by the students. Applications that are not filled out entirely will not be accepted and spelling and grammar is considered. This is your opportunity to tell us about yourself. All information is confidential.

In your application, please state what activities you are involved in at school and in the community, including volunteer work. Please be very specific on your plans after graduation and state where you plan to work, attend college, etc... You will increase your chance of having your application approved if you provide details.
